Payment
A 10% non-refundable deposit will be payable upon booking in order to secure the date. The balance in full would be payable 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. We can accept cash, cheque or bank transfer only. Bounced cheques will carry a £25 charge.
Cancellations
Charges will be made on the following basis in the event of cancellation of part or all of the reception booked where we are unable to re-book a similar function.
6 weeks notice prior to wedding date. No charge
4 weeks notice prior to wedding date. 50% total anticipated charge.
2 weeks notice prior to wedding date; 75% total anticipated charge
less than 2 weeks to wedding date 100% total anticipated charge
Cancellation insurance is available, we recommend you take this out.
Access
We are a first floor premises with stairs to gain access to the venue, and stairs to go down to the toilets on ground floor level. Unfortunately the building is not suitable for Wheelchair users, and very elderly or infirm guests may find the stairs difficult.
Corkage
charges are made for “own consumption” Wine, Cava or Champagne beverages brought into the venue. £5 a bottle for Wine and Cava, £8 a bottle for Champagne.
Promotion
The Mud Club reserves the right to use images taken during your reception for any form of advertising to promote their company. These include web based promotions, brochures, galleries, competitions etc.

We shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained in this website and reserve the right to make changes without notice, including the use of different suppliers to those listed on the website if they are not available for a certain date.
Final numbers for catering must be submitted one week before the wedding day. Any additional guests not paid for up until this point, must be paid for before the Wedding Day.
In the event of any extensive damages to the venue, these will be charged accordingly and we would require settlement of these charges prior to you leaving the venue.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
